Hey, welcome to Jake & JR Hauntings. Here, curiosity, fear, history, and the downright weird all crash together.

We’re Jake and JR. We hunt ghosts, explore abandoned spots, poke around old cemeteries, wander through historic buildings—the kinds of places that are thick with stories, especially tales that never really wrapped up. This started as a basic obsession with ghosts and the unexplained, but it took off fast. Soon, it wasn’t enough to just listen to other people’s encounters—we wanted to go out there ourselves, experience everything firsthand, and film whatever might happen.

That’s what you’ll see here. We travel to all kinds of haunted places—some famous, others almost forgotten, and a handful you’ve probably never heard of. It doesn’t matter if we’re somewhere everyone knows or a spot that barely made local news. We treat each place seriously, digging in, looking for anything that pushes past normal explanations.

When we investigate, we don’t rely on luck. We’re loaded up with cameras, recorders, EMF meters, motion sensors, spirit boxes, flashlights, basically every piece of gear you can think of. We’re listening for footsteps, voices, strange knocks, shifts in energy, weird noises—anything that stands out in the dark.

We’re not the type to call every bump a ghost. Sometimes it’s pipes, wind, an animal, or just our own nerves. Keeping that skepticism alive is half the fun. We look for normal explanations before jumping to conclusions, but we always leave some room for something… else.

And yeah, we care about more than just the scares. We love digging into the history of these spots—the families who lived there, the tragedies, the events that left a mark. Learning about what happened can make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up for a lot of reasons.

Some nights are slow and quiet.

Other nights, we’ll hear footsteps in empty rooms, catch weird voices on tape, spot something moving in the shadows, or leave with bigger questions than we started with.

That’s why we keep coming back. We want to find out what’s really going on in these places. Are those old stories true? Why do some locations seem stuck to the past, clinging to energy that doesn’t want to leave? And most importantly, we want to take everyone along for the ride. We show our evidence. You decide what you think.

On this channel, you’ll see it all—full investigations, haunted house walkthroughs, overnight stays in abandoned places, cemetery sessions, EVP recordings, equipment tests, spirit communication experiments, weird challenges, a few laughs, and plenty of moments we never saw coming.

We never script this stuff. We don’t know what’s around the corner, and that’s exactly what makes each night different. Some places leave us with a pile of evidence. Some give us nothing but cold air and creaky floors. And sometimes, one unexplainable moment reshapes our whole view of a spot.

We want you right there with us. When we step into some pitch-black hallway, open a door that’s barely hanging on, or hear something in the next room, you’re a part of that experience. No matter how creepy it gets.

In the long run, we want Jake & JR Hauntings to be more than just a YouTube channel. We’re building a community for anyone fascinated by ghosts, haunted history, mysteries, abandoned places, and anything that defies easy answers.
